About Claire

Raised in the picturesque countryside of rural Dorset, where my family ran a bakery spanning three generations, my love for quality food was born. From packing gingerbread men destined for Harrods to studying at King’s College London, I became a Registered Dietitian passionate about transforming health through clinical nutrition.

My journey has taken me from supporting patients with medical conditions on hospital wards to enhancing performance and vitality for athletes and professionals. I quickly realised how many business professionals struggle with lifestyle-related medical conditions and how nutrition can profoundly elevate health. Wellness is a proactive combination of nutrition, sleep, and movement. By blending my passion for endurance sports with high-performance sports nutrition, I help individuals realise their full potential, elevate athletic performance, and enhance personal health.

I understand what it takes to train, push boundaries, fuel effectively, and perform at a World Championship level—all while running a business!
